Refund policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Products can be easily returned.

The actual return costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the carrier. This applies both in case of dissatisfaction with the products and in case of receipt of a defective product. The customer MUST send us an email for the return address, as it cannot be obtained elsewhere.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.

Please note: Use of a tracking code (Track & Trace) when returning is mandatory, so that both you and us can follow the shipment. No Track & Trace means no refund!

Please note: Only products in NEW condition can be returned; we reserve the right to refuse a return shipment with signs of use. NEW means unopened products in original packaging and products that have never been used. Sale products cannot be returned.

If defective goods have been received, we ask the customer to send photos as proof. As soon as we receive the photos and the complaint is confirmed, we will send a new replacement product to the customer free of charge.

Once we have received and verified your return shipment, you will receive the refund within 7 days via the payment method you used when ordering.

We comply with all relevant laws regarding returns and refunds.

We reserve the right to change our return and refund policy at any time to comply with applicable legal requirements.

With us, you have the opportunity to return all products within 14 days of receiving your order. In this way, you have enough time to assess whether the product meets your expectations. Refunds of the purchase price are processed within 7 days of receipt of the return shipment.
